B. Submission Guidelines
Abstracts are invited from ELT researchers, practitioners, teacher trainers, and graduate students.
Abstract Requirements:
Abstracts should be at least 450 words, written in English, and clearly state:
- Purpose and focus of the study/presentation
- Methodology or approach
- Main findings or implications
Each abstract must include:
- Title of presentation
- Author(s) name(s), affiliation, and email
- 6-8 keywords
- References
C. Presentation Formats

| Abstract Presentation | 20 minutes + 5 minutes discussion | Formal presentation of completed research or key findings. |
| Workshop | 45 minutes interactive session | Hands-on, practical session focusing on an innovative teaching method or tool. |
| Poster Session | Displayed throughout the conference | Printed or digital posters showcasing research or projects. |
D. Registration Information
Once submission is accepted, participants register officially.
Registration will open in **March 2026**, following acceptance notifications.
Fee: Participation is **free of charge**.
Inclusions: Conference materials, a certificate of presentation/attendance, and refreshments will be provided.
