B. Submission Guidelines

Abstracts are invited from ELT researchers, practitioners, teacher trainers, and graduate students.

Abstract Requirements:

Abstracts should be at least 450 words, written in English, and clearly state:

  • Purpose and focus of the study/presentation
  • Methodology or approach
  • Main findings or implications

Each abstract must include:

  • Title of presentation
  • Author(s) name(s), affiliation, and email
  • 6-8 keywords
  • References

C. Presentation Formats

Format Duration Description
Abstract Presentation 20 minutes + 5 minutes discussion Formal presentation of completed research or key findings.
Workshop 45 minutes interactive session Hands-on, practical session focusing on an innovative teaching method or tool.
Poster Session Displayed throughout the conference Printed or digital posters showcasing research or projects.

D. Registration Information

Once submission is accepted, participants register officially.

Registration will open in **March 2026**, following acceptance notifications.

Fee: Participation is **free of charge**.

Inclusions: Conference materials, a certificate of presentation/attendance, and refreshments will be provided.
